Returns & Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase at Do-Gree Generations. 

If you need to return an item(s), please review our Return Policy below.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

All discounted, sale and clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for a refund or exchange. 

Items must be returned at the customer’s expense and meet the following conditions:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Submit a return request

Click the profile icon in the main navigation or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.

1. Log in to your account:
1. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
5. Click Request return.

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.


Cancelled Orders

Orders canceled after the item(s) have shipped are subject to all standard return policies. You must accept delivery, Start a Return and send the item(s) back to the correct address. 

If delivery of an item is refused, all shipping costs are deducted from the issued credit and a 25% restocking fee (minimum $25) will apply.

Credits

Once your return is received, Do-Gree Generations will issue a credit to the method of payment used for the purchase. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your credit to be issued.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to Start A Return and make a separate purchase for the new item.
